Official Rules for the Early Bird iPad Drawing

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase or contribution necessary. Any person who makes a contribution to KCBX in person, by phone, through the mail (KCBX, 4100 Vachell Lane, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401) or on-line through the KCBX secure pledge site (www.kcbx.org) between January 1, 2013, and 11:59 p.m. March 16, 2013, will be entered in the drawing for the prize listed below. KCBX Sustaining Subscribers will also be entered in the drawing automatically. A name may also be entered in the drawing by sending a 3"x5" index card to KCBX by Saturday, March 16 , 2013. The card must include the entrant's full name, address and phone number. Address entries to "KCBX Early Bird Drawing, KCBX Public Radio, 4100 Vachell Lane, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401".

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The winner of the Kindle Fire Drawing will be selected by random drawing from all valid entries on March 20, 2013. Winner will be notified by telephone, mail or e-mail. The name of the winner may be obtained by sending a request prior to March 16, 2013, to KCBX WINNER, 4100 Vachell Lane, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401.

ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Public Radio KCBX, their immediate family, or persons living in the same household are prohibited from entering. The drawings are open to any United States resident twenty-one (21) years or older. Void where prohibited by law. One entry per household.

GENERAL RULES: By participating in the KCBX Kindle Fire Drawing, participants agree to these official rules, and warrant that KCBX and related organizations, their agents and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their use of prizes or their participation in the drawing.
