This week on Central Coast Voices, Fred Munroe talks with Angela Nelson from SLO Regional Rideshare. Their goal is to find solutions for transit that encourage carpooling, using public transportation, and commuter biking as well as managing other transportation programs. We all dislike traffic, and they're the ones working on making it better for all of us.

This week on Central Coast Voices, we will be talking with Sarah Lawlor, Program Director from SLO Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and Ryan Miller, a local business owner and Big Brother. We’ll learn about how this mentoring program helps improve the odds of success for kids living in poverty, and we’ll hear about their “Little Brothers/Little Sisters” program where kids are mentoring other kids.
