Central Coast Voices: Tools for growing your business

Mission Community Services Corporation(MCSC) is dedicated to enhancing opportunities for potential entrepreneurs and small business owners to become self-sustaining, successful contributors to their communities, with special assistance for women, low-income, minority, veterans, and non-profit businesses in San Luis Obispo, Kern, and Monterey Counties.

MCSC is in its 10th continuous year and within that time has assisted in bringing $26,500,000 to the Central Coast economy, the launching of 165 small business startups, creating over 500 new jobs and the retention of 130 existing jobs. In 2016 it was recognized as the 2016 Women's Business Center of the Year. 

Join Kris Kington Barker as she speaks with Chuck Jehle, Executive Director of Mission Community Services and the Women’s Business Center, Carol Ramirez, certified and registered legal document assistant and owner of In Trust Legal, Affordable Legal Documents and Polly Mertens, a local business coach and consultant as they discuss how they work to strengthen entrepreneur success rates through education, training and outreach.
