Correspondent Tom Wilmer reports from Shaanxi Province, China and visits with 24-year-old Dan Wang, a graduate student at Xi’an International Studies University. 

Wang shares insights about her cash-free life in China, and how high school exchange student friendships—and her mother’s influence—opened Wang’s eyes to the outside world. She also shares thoughts about Donald Trump and why she and her millennial friends adore Ivanka Trump.
