The first and only sheep's milk ice cream is produced on the Central Coast. That makes it doubly ewe-nique: the only sheep's milk ice crem, and it's made from ewe's milk. Negranti Creamery in Atascadero has been in business for just over 10 years. Father Ian Delinger got the scoop (pun intended) from founder Alexis Negranti.
