The legendary Battleship USS Missouri, fondly nicknamed “The Mighty Mo”, saw action in WWII. It was on the deck of the Missouri that the Japanese government formally surrendered on September 2nd 1945. Join correspondent Tom Wilmer on Oahu at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii aboard the Mighty Mo. 

President and Chief Executive Officer of the USS Missouri Memorial Association, Michael Carr talks the upcoming 75th anniversary ceremonies and events in remembrance of the of the December 7th attack on Pearl Harbor. Carr also shares insights and tales about the USS Missouri’s illustrious career that included duty in the Gulf War before retiring from service in 1992.
