Central Coast Voices: air date 09-19-2013

This week Fred Munroe will be talking with Sister Theresa Harpin, Director of Restorative Partners. This is a program working to change our criminal justice system in how we work with inmates of prisons and juvenile hall. Their approach includes working with everyone affected by crime including the families, the victims, and the inmates with a goal of restoring them back to a healthy and functioning life when they return to our communities.
