This San Luis Obispo-based artist is the co-creator of two internationally syndicated cartoon strips "Baby Blues" and "Zitts". The San Luis Obispo Tribune carries both.
Scott is also a prolific oil painter, with cows, horses, round-ups, and people as his common subjects.
