Creating With Kiwi

Did you know that Kiwi fruit grows on the Central Coast? Did you know that it grows on a vine, not a tree? Fr Ian Delinger didn’t know either of those fun facts, so he went out to discover the highs and lows of kiwi farming. When he returns from the vineyards, he gets back in his kitchen and does some creating with kiwi.
