Until recently, beef jerky was confined to the cash register area at the convenience store or the gas station. But now, Father Ian Delinger has seen beef jerky pop up everywhere! Bigger displays in the supermarket snack section, at food & drink festivals, and even on social media. And there is a proliferation of the types of foods that are being made into jerky.
