The Morro Bay Art Association is proud to present two very special art exhibits, The Lazy Days of Summer along with the Central Coast Woodturners Juried Show.
Artists are asked to create artworks en plein aire, (French for outdoors) inspired by the beautiful scenery and colorful wildlife found throughout the gently sloping landscapes of the Central Coast.
In addition, Morro Bay Art Association is proud to present a juried show of the Central Coast Woodturners. This non-themed show will focus on selected wood-turned artwork.
The Lazy Days of Summer, in conjunction with the beautiful wood-turned vessels, bowls, and other three-dimensional artwork presented by Central Coast Woodturners, will be on display in both galleries from August 10, through September 18, 2023. The opening reception is Sunday, August 13, from 2 to 4 pm, and the public is invited. Art Center Morro Bay is open daily, from 12 to 4 pm.
