Ergonomic Gardening Tips Presentation
Now that spring has arrived, come learn about best practices for keeping healthy while gardening. The Los Osos Valley Garden Club welcomes guest speaker, Audry Elliott, MPT from Sunnyside Physical Therapy to our March meeting. Elliott will talk about preventing injuries while gardening and discuss warm-up exercises, proper body mechanics, adaptive equipment, and the importance of planning and taking breaks.
Elliott's presentation will follow a member talk on Garden Safety by Debbie Weitzman and Wendy McKeown.
