Family Caregiver Retreat
Caring for a loved one at home can be both rewarding and exhausting. Join us for a rejuvenating day designed to help you connect, learn, and recharge. The day will include practical tips for improving dementia care routines, creative ideas for portable activities you can use on the go, restorative yoga, and relaxing chair massages. Lunch and dessert will be provided. Respite care will be available through CAPSLO Adult Day Center. If you are in need of respite care, please RSVP by calling 805-239-5679.
