January 15 & 16th 2022 are full preparatory class days with a final ”closing the hips” honoring and gather again in the early postpartum Spring 2022. Ideally, this course is for folks 20 to 35 weeks pregnant. Let’s connect if you are in the preconception phase, in early pregnancy or postpartum to see if this is the right timing for you. With a properly supported postpartum period - we can become healthier as women than we were PRIOR to becoming pregnant. At this time, however, we are collectively accustomed to experiencing and witnessing unsupported postpartum periods - which manifests as degenerating health in women.
