Maritime Family Fun Day
Morro Bay intends to celebrate Morro Bay's waterfront, fishing industry, and indigenous community with an old-fashioned school carnival-style free fun day for the entire family. Activities range from photo-op in a dive suit, Kids Cove knot tying, making fish prints, a fish petting tank and fishing booth for trinkets and treasure hunt for maritime information and saltwater taffy prizes. Sea Shanty music, Fishy storytelling, public voting for best chowder and/or best blueberry muffins in town.
