Molly Segal: Scab Picker
Born and raised in Oakland, Molly Segal is interested in her home state of California as a site where disaster and decadence converge. Her large-scale watercolors explore fragile connections and finite resources, in particular the price of survival in inhospitable climates. The gallery is free and open to the public Monday through Friday from 11 am to 4 pm or by appointment.
We'll be hosting a reception and artist talk on Thursday, August 31 from 4:30 to 7 pm. Food, drink, and music from 4:30 to 6 pm, and artist talk from 6 to 7 pm. Wine tasting by Absolution Cellars.
