This 2-day workshop will cover the art and skill of practicing and teaching Restorative Yoga. Life is challenging. Restorative Yoga teaches us the fine art of deep relaxation, allowing us much some needed time for self care so we will in turn be more adept at handling the challenges that life hands us.
