This walking tour of the San Luis Cemetery and Mausoleum will be lead by Dr. Dan Krieger, Professor Emeritus of History from Cal Poly. Dan will share his knowledge regarding the history of the Mausoleum as well as past the residents of our area who helped to make our community what it is today.
The event is sponsored by the San Luis Obispo County Genealogical Society and is a fundraiser for us, we are asking for a $5 donation from non-society members. Parking will be available in the cemetery (as long as main roads are left open enough for emergency vehicles to get through) and on Elks Ln. ("no parking" signs are not enforced during a cemetery event).
