Coexisting with Rattlesnakes on the Central Coast

Coexisting with Rattlesnakes on the Central Coast
Have you ever encountered a snake on your property? Have you wondered what kind of snake it was and how to deal with it? Cal Poly Professor Emily Taylor, founder of Central Coast Snake Services, will explain how you can get your questions about local snakes answered. The CCSS promotes a peaceful coexistence with rattlesnakes on the Central Coast, providing free snake identification, rescuing injured snakes, and relocating rattlesnakes from residences in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. Learn more about the challenges and solutions this organization has faced and developed over the years.
