Get back in the groove with the Cuesta Chamber Singers and Voce, Cuesta’s two top vocal ensembles. Enjoy a wide variety of groove-based music, ranging from Jazz to Gospel to multi-meter modern dance forms and classical waltzes. It was difficult to be in rhythmic harmony last year, but now we are celebrating the endless possibilities of artful music-making— onstage and together! This is a hybrid event, meaning: a limited amount of tickets will be available to attend in-person, and virtual tickets will be available to a livestream of the concert. In light of new guidelines from the County of San Luis Obispo Health Agency and Public Health Department, we have modified our practices on and off stage to still be able to offer tickets to in-person events, meaning: performers may be masked, musicians may perform with bell covers on instruments, and everyone will be spaced appropriately. This also means that performers will maintain at least twelve feet from the audience, so the first several rows will be roped off and unavailable for seating.
