The 27th annual Morro Bay Bird Festival returns in January from the 11th to the 15th. Festival VIPs include Jennifer Ackerman, John Muir Laws, and Jon Dunn. Choose from over 200 individual events. Enjoy guided bird walks, boat trips, pelagic trips, kayaking, and birding by bike. There will be presentations and workshops about bird identification, photography, and conservation. This year’s festival will have a special focus on nature journaling and sketching. Evening Keynote Addresses from Jennifer Ackerman and John Muir Laws.
