SLO Connected 2026
SLO Connected 2026
Join us this April for a meaningful evening of connection, healing, and belonging. April holds a powerful dual meaning. As Second Chance Awareness Month, it honors the courage it takes to rebuild life after incarceration. It is also Victim Impact Awareness Month, a time to center those harmed by crime and support meaningful paths toward healing, accountability, and restoration.
At Kid C.A.T., we believe these are not competing truths, but connected ones. Harm does not happen in isolation and neither does healing. When we attend to the needs of everyone impacted—those harmed and those responsible—we create opportunities for accountability that is honest, healing that is lasting, and communities that are safer for all of us.
Together, we’ll honor the courage of those rebuilding their lives and remember that every person deserves a place to belong. Don’t miss an evening of inspiration, great food, and meaningful conversation—let’s come together to support a cause that truly matters.
