Spokes Board Academy is basic preparation for serving as an effective member of a nonprofit board of directors. It is open to current and prospective board members and anyone just curious about the role. In a series of seven weekly, one-hour, online classes, you’ll cover such topics as board basics, legal and ethical matters, insurance and risk management, governance, banking and finance, and fundraising.
