The Reluctant Therapist: Single, by choice or default?

Today there are more single adults living in the United States than ever before. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, there were more than 110 million unmarried people in America aged 18 and older in 2016. And this group made up 45 percent of all U.S. residents aged 18 and older. What is it like to be unattached in the 21st century? Tune in for a conversation with Elizabeth Barrett, the Reluctant Therapist, about the many paths we choose, or have chosen for us.

Elizabeth Barrett is a wife, mother, licensed marriage-family therapist, educator, eavesdropper, emotion worker, and mental health consultant. She uses all of these skills to address the subjects that we all struggle with in this conversation with the Reluctant Therapist.
