Ben Kerr

Ben Kerr is a trumpet player with a music degree from Cal Poly. He teaches privately and plays in a variety of Central Coast bands, including Brass Mash. Ben hosts The Jazz Current every Wednesday night from 10:00 p.m. to midnight on KCBX, and you can also hear him substitute as local host during Morning Edition, All Things Considered, and other network programs.

Ben is a ski instructor every season at the June Mountain ski area.
