Cal Poly Choirs: Persichetti Winter Cantata
Cal Poly’s PolyPhonics and Cantabile will present a choral concert. Cantabile will sing Vincent Persichetti’s “Winter Cantata” with John Astaire on marimba, and Suzanne Duffy on flute; and “The Love of Thousands” by Reena Esmai. PolyPhonics will feature works including Ernest Bloch’s “Sacred Service,” and gospel- and spiritual-inspired works.
