Once you've found a match, step two is to make sure you retain your new member. This interactive workshop features individual and panelist presentations, small group "conversation cafes," and self-reflective moments. Attendees will learn from community leaders––including experienced board members––how to foster an inclusive board culture that supports and retains diverse board members.
