The City of Grover Beach is excited to announce the annual Holiday Parade! With this year's theme “Groovy Grover Holidays”, the Holiday Parade is back and better than ever.
This year's parade will take place on on West Grand Avenue, between Oak Park Blvd. and 9th Street.
