Spoon River: A Dramatic Playreading with Music
In this classic play about small-town America in the WWI era, the dead citizens of Spoon River return from the grave to tell us about the significant events in their past lives. This presentation in a plush movie theater includes live folk music and popular songs of the day. Your ticket also entitles you to a free wine tasting a half hour before the show. This event is a fundraiser for the Atascadero Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW).
There are two performances - a matinee at 2:00 at $35 a ticket and an evening performance at 6:15 for $40.
