Judy Collins's hit ballad, "Suzanne", began as a poem by Leonard Cohen. Judy would go on to cover many Cohen songs, and recently released a 13-track album, "Judy Collins Sings Leonard Cohen: Democracy". Songwriters at Play will celebrate Leonard Cohen and Judy Collins with a tribute concert at CCAT.
"Suzanne" is in the show, as well as Judy Collins hits such as Send in the Clowns, Someday Soon, and Who Knows Where the Time Goes. Come sing along to Leonard Cohen's widely-covered Hallelujah, plus I'm Your Man, So Long Mary Ann, That's No Way to Say Goodbye, Bird on a Wire, and many more.
