$4.2 million dollars will be paid to farmworkers after labor law violations

The California Labor Commissioner’s Office just settled a lawsuit with the Santa Maria-based company Alco Harvesting, also known as Bonipak Produce, and some farmworkers will receive back pay and damages for wage-and-hour violations.
