The City of San Luis Obispo is moving forward with a round of protections for mobile home owners. The City Council unanimously agreed on new restrictions that would cap rent on parking spaces when mobile homes are sold to a new owner. -
If the overlay zone is enacted, a mobile home park would need approval from the city to change its senior-living status.
