The Arroyo Grande Summer Concert Series kicks off on July 4th with two concerts (11 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm) and then continues every Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the beautiful Bandstand in Heritage Square Park. Food, beer, and wine available. Family friendly, bring your lawn chairs.

Four Lanterns Winery host a Sunday Evening concert series every summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day, hosting a variety of community based bands and solo performers, along with a food truck each week. This is a great way for locals to end their weekends, and gather with friends. 10% of our concert proceeds go to select charities each year. This years charities recipients are ECHO Atascadero and Hope with I.A.N. Families are welcome along with well behaved pets.

Visitors will enjoy 360-degree views of San Luis Bay and interact with touch tanks full of live marine creatures. Guests will have the opportunity to view tiny marine species through microscopes and learn about whale migrations. Interactive displays will offer insights into local marine environments and scientific studies conducted by Cal Poly researchers and students on protection of Morro Bay’s ecosystem, sustaining local fisheries, mapping ocean currents and much more. Cal Poly professors and students will be on hand to answer questions.

Attention young runners! Come on out to the City of Arroyo Grande's 48th annual Turkey Trot Fun Run! Kids ages preschool—8th grade participate in races, where first—third place gets a turkey, chicken, or game hen as a prize.
Register online now, or at the event from 1 to 2 pm. Races begin at 2 pm. A t-shirt is included in the registration cost.
