At Party Fowl restaurant in Nashville Tennessee, hot is an understatement, as they have refined the art of serving “Nashville Hot” southern fried chicken to a fine art. 

This sit down eatery has only been open a couple years, but Party Fowl’s incredible popularity makes one think it’s probably a ripe target for a nationwide franchise.
