Rosie Bultman
Former contributor to Issues & IdeasDuring the summer of 2025 Rosie Bultman contributed interviews to Issues & Ideas about social justice and health on the Central Coast. She is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara, where she majored in history and minored in Black studies. She also served as the news director for the university’s radio station, KCSB. Rosie was an intern with KCBX News for Fall 2023.
Rosie has a passion for exploring the human side of politics. Throughout her college journalism career, Rosie produced and curated KCSB’s newscast; began hosting a global affairs radio show called "The People’s Program"; and created an award winning documentary about the historic protest that led to UCSB’s Ethnic Studies Department.
Outside of work Rosie loves watching and playing basketball, cooking for her loved ones, and playing board games.
