Tick-tock! St. Joseph High School presents a lighthearted Cinderella with laughter, love, and catchy tunes. Join us for a magical night filled with true love, a fairy godmother's transformations, and an enchanting escape into timeless entertainment! This is SJHS's 10th production, and second under the directorship of Dani Payne. Friday and Saturday evening performances begin at 7 pm with an additional matinee on Saturday at 2 pm.

This is a community seed exchange. Bring your extra seeds, surplus seedlings, cuttings and plants that you would like to share with other gardeners. The library will provide some seedlings to share. Not a gardener? Come and get some seeds or seedlings to give it a try. All experience levels are welcome.

70 minutes of glorious a cappella choral singing!The season’s final concert on April 21, 2024, features an a cappella performance of Sergei Rachmaninoff’s All-Night Vigil. His signature choral work, this piece has become a fixture in choral repertoire, standing as the crowning achievement of the “Golden Age” of Russian Orthodox sacred choral music. Much of the melodic material was drawn from ancient unison chants surrounded by the addition of three to ten vocal lines. The music is for chorus a cappella, the traditional vocal complement in the Russian Orthodox Church. The SLO Master Chorale will perform the All-Night Vigil in a rare concert given without the Master Chorale Orchestra. A dynamically diverse work, members of the San Luis Obispo Master Chorale will be spread out all over the Performing Arts Center stage. The performance will conclude by 4:30 pm, including a 20-minute intermission.

SLO Retired Active Men (SLO RAM) is a group or retirees that get together just for fun, fellowship, and to enjoy participation in our variety of weekly/monthly programs and activities. Weekly coffee meetings ($10) are every Thursday at 8:30 am at the Madonna Inn. NatureTrack's Family Days field trips (https://naturetrack.org/news-events/) are for parents, grandparents and children to enjoy nature games and activities together. Learn more about the El Capitan State Beach (5/4) and the North Campus Open Space (7/14) on the remaining two inaugural outings scheduled. Freedom Trax units will be provided to people who use wheelchairs or to those who might need extra assistance on the trails at no charge.

Barkapalooza is an annual fundraiser to support Sherwood Dog Park, in Paso Robles. We will have lunches for $5 (hot dog, chips and a drink), lots of cool silent auction items, a bake sale with treats for dogs and humans and a photographer to take pictures of dogs and their humans. All proceeds raised will go to the repair and maintenance of the dog park. Please come by, browse our donated auction items and meet some amazing dogs and community members!
