The ancient Chinese ritual of a Chadao (The Way of Tea) is a very easily accessible way to approach meditation.
The art and intentionality of the practice, the sensorial journey, and the connection of our bodies to nature through the tea leaves help to open us up to mindfulness and to find peace in the present moment. Join us for this simple and beautiful meditative journey. A discussion and an opportunity for journaling and sharing will conclude our evening of harmony, respect, purity, and tranquility.

Get your Gym Jam on with us! 1 hour of open play, and 1 hour of progressive gymnastics skill training on bars, beam, floor, & trampoline. Talk about fun and fitness! Ages 5 to 17 years old, all levels welcome.

Want 4.5 child-free hours on a Saturday night? Drop your kiddos off at Kids’ Party Paradise. They’ll have a blast with pizza, movie (How to Train Your Dragon), and gymnastics fun while YOU get an evening off! Ages 4 to 13 years, no experience necessary.

This gathering will support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s education, research, and survivor support programs. In addition to raising awareness and funds to fight suicide, the walks give those who attend a chance to connect with others and know they are not alone, whether they walk in memory or in support of a loved one or in honor of their own mental health journey. We repair bikes, clothing, outdoor gear and apparel, jewelry, small appliances, furniture, laptops, tablets, and phones. If you know what's needed, bring the replacement part (i.e. zipper, lamp cord) to speed things up. Don't toss that broken item! Repair it! Gardening advice provided as well as lithium battery recycling. You're also invited to bring your garden abundance to share with your neighbors.

Did you know illegal wildlife trade (IWT) is behind only arms, drugs and human trafficking globally? Did you know that, in the mid 1990s, a legislative study was conducted in California and, at that time, illegal wildlife trade in California was second only to the drug trade? IWT is one of the world’s largest criminal activities. Please join us as we meet and listen to three officers (both retired and current) that have spent years investigating illegal wildlife trade, both in California and abroad.
