This movie is a fundraiser for the Community Foundation of Estero Bay. In addition to the featured film, hot dogs + beer/wine + regular concessions will be available for purchase.

Shelter life can be stressful, and reading is proven to relax and comfort companion animals. Book Buddies will be held at our Atascadero location on Tuesdays from 3:30 to 4:30 pm and at our San Luis Obispo location on Wednesdays from 3:30 to 4:30 pm.

Calling all crafty, caring, pet-loving kids! Care Crew members will have the opportunity to join us in filling Kongs for our canines to enjoy in their kennels, crafting homemade pet toys, and creating art to help showcase our adoptable animals. Care Crew will be held at our San Luis Obispo location on Sundays from 2:00 to 3:30 pm.
Four Lanterns Winery host a Sunday Evening concert series every summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day, hosting a variety of community based bands and solo performers, along with a food truck each week. This is a great way for locals to end their weekends, and gather with friends. 10% of our concert proceeds go to select charities each year. This years charities recipients are ECHO Atascadero and Hope with I.A.N. Families are welcome along with well behaved pets.

This special benefit evening supports Good Samaritan Shelter, a nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of the Central Coast’s most vulnerable populations. The evening will feature the premiere of Hope Lives Here: Breaking the Cycle of Homelessness, a short documentary created for Public Broadcasting Television. The film offers an intimate look at the challenges of homelessness in Santa Barbara County and the impact of programs that provide shelter, support, and hope.
Before the screening, sponsors and VIP guests will enjoy a reception featuring farm-to-table cuisine prepared by Good Samaritan’s Culinary Training Program, with ingredients grown at Bridgehouse Farm. Following the premiere, the audience will be treated to a musical performance by Lois Mahalia and a intimate conversation between actor Duane Henry and Sylvia Barnard, Executive Director of Good Samaritan, about his early life story.
