This concert not only showcases timeless choral gems by Handel, Mozart, Brahms, Duruflé, Randall Thompson, and more, but also illustrates the rich progression of musical style and expression across the centuries.

The SLO Botanical Garden in collaboration with the Morro Coast Audubon Society presents a bird walk exploring the unique relationship between birds and botany. Plant lovers and bird watchers will learn about this delicate and interconnected relationship, from pollination to seed distribution to nesting and shelter. Susie Reddy and Faylla Chapman will lead the two-hour exploration, on mostly flat terrain. We expect to see and hear a wide variety of avian species as they feed, hide, nest, and defend territory in the garden’s lush habitat.

The Committee for Atascadero Public Schools (CAPS) is excited to be back in person for its 17th annual Event for Education fundraiser! This year's event will be a family-friendly afternoon filled with bingo, food and drinks, music, prizes, and fun for all ages. Bingo packages, food and beverages, and beer/wine will be available for purchase at the event or visit caps-atascadero.betterworld.org/events/bingo-bash to pre-purchase bingo cards and drink tickets. All proceeds raised will be used to fund grants to Atascadero Unified School District teachers to enrich and enhance educational opportunities and experiences for all Atascadero students.
