Kick-off your weekend with a fun evening at Claiborne & Churchill! Every Friday June through September enjoy live music by local artists, delicious food and great wine! Entrance is free, simply pay for what you consume.
Reservations are not required, but are highly recommended. We are only able to guarantee spots and food for guests that have made a reservation in advance.

Concerts in the Plaza takes place every Friday night through September 12 at Mission Plaza in Downtown San Luis Obispo, with free live music from 5 to 8 pm.

A fan favorite, our monthly Improv Extravaganza! shows feature a variety of improv teams doing wild and crazy things. You never know what you’ll see at an Extravaganza show, but you know it’ll be funny. Tickets: https://rb.gy/5yccbc

The Festival Artists return to the Harold J. Miossi CPAC for the final chamber concert of the summer. Lesser known Austrian composer Thuille is best remembered for his sextet for piano and winds, which opens this program. Then we will hear Bridge's Piano Quintet and Dorothy Rudd Moore's Three Pieces. Finishing the program is Mendelssohn's Viola Quintet, one of the final pieces he composed which was not published until four years after his death because he deemed it "not good."

The City of Pismo Beach presents Stride with the Tide 5K Run on Saturday, July 26, 2025. Race start time is 8:30 AM with registration from 7:15 AM - 8:15 AM at the pier. No pre-registration required, and walkers are welcomed! Rain or shine!

Misty, a native Californian, has been a resident of Los Osos for the past 23 years. Her work as a poet has been recognized, including being nominated twice for the position of Poet Laureate of SLO County.
The power of words has always resonated with Misty whether as a clinical therapist, public speaker, teacher, or in helping others to find their own creative threads.
