The Growing Grounds Farm and Nursery, a program of Transitions-Mental Health Association (TMHA), will celebrate it’s 40th anniversary with a community party. The general public is invited to tour the farm and enjoy music, food, family fun, and a great sense of accomplishment. The Nursery will be rocking all day long with the music of local bands like Carbon City Lights, along with food trucks, plant sales, terracotta pot decorating, and free ice cream. There is NO PARKING onsite. Attendees are asked to park around the corner at SLO Naz Church at 3396 Johnson Avenue and then catch a shuttle to the party.
