The Cambria Center for the Arts is pleased to announce its next studio exhibit, “What is Revealed: Paintings by Margaret Biggs.” Bigg's work consists of stylized realism that opens the mind to the imagination. Her imagery has been popular in the evidence-based Healing Arts Movement and can be found in medical facilities, hotels and businesses nationwide.
Exhibit: June 30 through August 30, Tuesdays to Sundays from noon to 4 pm.Artist Reception: Sunday, July 5th from 4:30 to 6 pm.
Discover the art of printmaking through play! In this engaging workshop, students will learn the basics of block printing using LEGO-style bricks to create their own unique patterns. Instructor Blair Baker, a local artist and art teacher, encourages young creators to experiment and embrace their imagination. With six workshop dates available, students are welcome to return and explore new ideas as their confidence grows. Ages 7 & up. $25 per class.

The Cayucos Friends of the Library Kirk Wilson Memorial Book Sale is set for Friday, July 3 at the Library patio. Shopping begins at 9 am and ends at 1 pm. Search the tables for great books, CDs, puzzles, and more. Most items are available for $1 to $2. Discount shopping begins at noon—fill a bag for $5.
The Morro Bay Art Association (MBAA) presents Art in the Park, a celebration of the creative community and one of the longest-running outdoor art festivals on the West Coast.
Set against the iconic backdrop of Morro Rock and the Pacific Ocean, Art in the Park invites visitors to experience a diverse range of fine art and craft, meet artists in person and enjoy a unique creative event. Admission is free and open to the public.
Gather your friends and head over to Hubba Wines in Tin City for live music every Friday evening from May 1 to August 28th. Raise a glass to the setting sun while swaying to the tunes of talented local bands. We’ll have wine and food available for purchase.
Doors open at 5:00 pm. Music starts at 6:00 pm. All ages welcome. $5.00 donation per person at the door.
The Festival opens with an orchestral program combining Gershwin’s American classic with Brahms’ Pastoral symphony, led by renowned conductor Miguel Harth-Bedoya and performed by tomorrow’s stars.

Step into lavender season with a relaxed, one-hour walk through the fields, led by farmer Milton Hambly. Learn how lavender is grown, harvested, and distilled, meet the animals, and harvest your own bouquet along the way.
