The Atascadero Community Band invites you to join us for Maestra: Music from Women, an inspiring concert celebrating the creative voices of women composers and arrangers from around the world. Featuring a blend of familiar favorites and exciting new works, this performance will take place on May the Fourth (be with you), including a special Star Wars composition from a talented local composer. 100% of donations will benefit the SLO Youth Symphony.
The San Luis Obispo Wind Orchestra presents "Hands Across the Sea," a concert featuring guest artist Chris Woodruff, principal trumpet and director of bands at Cal Poly. The program includes Sousa's "Hands Across the Sea," Bernstein's "Overture to Candide," Elgar's "Nimrod," Copland's "Quiet City," Vaughan Williams' "Toccata Marziale," and Grainger's "Handel in the Strand." Pianist/composer Mike Strickland presents a fun filled show of great piano music with styles of Jazz, Blues, Boogie-Woogie, Broadway, and Classical Favorites. Mariachi Los Galleros de Pedro Rey, founded in Los Angeles California in 1968 by Don Pedro Rey and Don Esteban Hernandez, currently Mariachi Los Galleros is based in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Since its beginnings it has earned great recognition and prestige, thanks to the love, responsibility and experience of its founders, a situation that in its time made it acquire the title of "The most beloved Mariachi in Mexico."

Parkfield is a picturesque hamlet secluded on the central coast of California. 25 miles northeast of Paso Robles and surrounded by the best of California’s natural beauty. Every Mother’s Day weekend this quiet town’s population leaps from a mere 18 to over a thousand bluegrass pickers, pluckers and fun-loving fans. At the Parkfield Bluegrass Festival live bands play all day on a cozy stage and at night fans enjoy late night sets in the Parkfield Cafe. May 8th to the 11th.
Cuesta Choirs have been invited to perform with the UBC University Singers on their California tour. Hailing from The University of British Columbia, University Singers is the premier choral ensemble in the UBC School of Music. This 36-voice select ensemble performs the most advanced music written for chamber choir spanning the Renaissance to the modern-day. Step into an evening of smooth melodies and rhythm as the Paso Robles High School Band Backers proudly present their annual Bearcat Serenade, an evening of smooth jazz, fine dining, and community spirit.This unforgettable night serves as the largest fundraiser of the year for the Band Backers, the dedicated booster club supporting the PRHS band programs—marching, concert, and of course, jazz. With every note played and ticket sold, the music lives on, funding instruments, repairs, and performance opportunities for the talented students of Paso Robles High School. Guests will indulge in a scrumptious catered meal, sip exquisite local wines and take part in a silent auction, all while swaying to soulful rhythms of the PRHS Jazz Band.

The Red Hot Chilli Pipers are a 9-piece ensemble of pipers, guitarists, keyboards, and drummers, rocking the world from New York to Beijing with musicianship of the highest order.
